Short Term Programs
A perfect introduction to studying abroad, NOD’s Short Term Programs offer students opportunities to experience life in the United States by living with a family, developing their English language skills, and experiencing American culture firsthand.
We facilitate programs for organized groups and individual students, and we strive to provide a range of educational and recreational options so that you can select a program that best suits your particular goals and time frame. Our standard programs are three to four weeks in length, but can vary from one to five weeks.
All of our Short Term Programs include a traditional homestay immersion where students become a member of their host family and American community. In this supportive environment, you’ll improve your English language skills and explore a new part of the world, while simultaneously providing your host family with a unique cultural experience.
Explore the classic foreign exchange program, staying with a host family and exploring U.S. culture and lifestyle.
Learn English with a member of your host family in a structured, one-on-one basis.
Improve your English skills in a small group setting, learning with teachers and peers during the day and exploring local culture with your host family.
Jump into the life of an American teenager by staying with a host family, attending classes at a local high school, and enjoying fun activities on the weekend.
