Rae Lenway

Since January 1997, Dr. Lenway has served various roles with the organization ranging from host parent to Regional Coordinator to Director of Operations. Her in-depth knowledge of both Nacel Open Door and the industry provides her a unique vantage point to lead the organization as it maintains its superior reputation while also leading the industry in redefining international education and exchange within a global community. 

Rae often says the most rewarding part about working at NOD is the incredible people - from around the world, country and central office – all committed to a united mission. The openness and passion to share global perspectives and cultures continues to amaze and inspire her. 

Rae holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Metro State University, a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Argosy University, and a Doctorate in Education from Northeastern University.  She has traveled extensively and loves learning about new cultures.
