German Käseröllchen

12 slices Gouda cheese
3.5 oz crumbled cheese
2  boiled eggs
cream cheese
onion & chives cream cheese
3 slices ham
3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream

Cut the eggs and the ham in little pieces and mix it together with the crumbled cheese, cream cheese, onion & chives, cream cheese and heavy whipping cream.  After-wards you spread it on the Gouda cheese and roll it up.   Cut from the roll little slices and serve it on a cracker.
